We are excited to congratulate Mrs. Susan Necessary on her promotion to Executive Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources!

For the past four years, Mrs. Necessary has been a true Pico Pillar, serving as our outstanding Office Manager. She has been the heart of our front office, welcoming families with kindness, supporting our staff, and helping keep our school running smoothly each day. Through her leadership, organization, and dedication, she has built strong systems and fostered a positive office culture that will continue to benefit our school community.

While we will certainly miss seeing Mrs. Necessary at Pico each day, we are incredibly proud of her and know she will thrive in her new role.

We are also pleased to share that Mrs. Tawny Rodriguez has been promoted to Office Manager. Mrs. Rodriguez is already a familiar and friendly face to our Pico families, having served as our Office Assistant. Her experience, dedication, and knowledge of our school community, combined with the strong foundation Mrs. Necessary established, will ensure a seamless transition as she steps into this leadership role.
