- Elections for School Site Council Parent Representatives are held each year at Open House, with all Pico Canyon parents eligible to run for this position and vote. All members serve for 2-year terms. Teachers are elected by Pico teachers, and staff are elected by Pico staff.

- Meeting agendas are posted 72 hours prior to meetings in accordance with the Greene Act.
